PREREQUISITE

This class is for a swimmer who has completed Bottlenose or a swimmer who can do basic freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke, they have started learning breaststroke and butterfly, dive into the pool unassisted, swim with or without goggles without hesitation.

A swimmer evaluation is required to enroll in this Level if they are new to DolFUN.

• How to refine their stroke technique for freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke
• How to do a basic breaststroke and butterfly
• How to swim to swim laps
• How to dive and start an underwater pullout
• How to remove clothes while floating in water
